![]() When we called, we were told their monitors showed our pool was 95 degrees. It did not heat up… Long and FRUSTRATING story short, after several maintenance calls, the heater was finally repaired, but we were unable to use the pool for nearly half of our visit. The water was so cold we could not use it. When we checked in, we learned this had not been done, and the heat would be turned on. ![]() It should have been great! We paid extra and called in advance to have our pool heated. The house had a great location and floor plan. We rented a nine bedroom elite home for our family of 10 to spend Thanksgiving. Reading reviews, I see that my experience is common. More frustrating calls needed to be made until finally someone understood. It was not bad enough to lose this amenity, but I had to chase the refund for a week after my check out!!! There was no continuity of personnel to assist, their remedy was to email me a new invoice, without crediting my CC. The maintenance worker who finally fixed it said the water was 59 degrees, so even after it was fixed, it was a quite a while before we could use it.We were told that a refund would be given for 3 days worth of heat, $70 per day. ![]()
